Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Phonebay, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refund:
    • You may request a refund within 24 hours of receiving your product.
    • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.


  • How to Request a Refund:

    • Provide your order number, reason for the refund, Proof of Delivery (POD) and any relevant photos or documentation.


  • Processing Refunds:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  •  Approved refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days and will be credited to your original method of payment.

 

  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • Products that show signs of use, damage, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any items not in their original condition.


Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation:
    • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team at HR@sigmaspectrum.co or +971-50-728-8276.
    • If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the refund process outlined above once you receive the item.
  • Cancellation Fees:
    • Orders cancelled within 24 hours will not incur any fees.
    • If the order is canceled after 24 hours but before shipment, a small processing fee may apply.


Exchanges

  • Eligibility for Exchanges:
    • You may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your product if it is defective or not as described.
    • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
    • The device must be free of any activation or password locks, including Find My iPhone (FMIP), Find My Mobile (FMM), and Find My Device (FMD).\
    • If the returned product contains any data or information in its memory or storage device, Phonebay will not be responsible for transferring this data or information to a replacement product, nor for any loss of data or information on the returned product.

    • Provide your order number, reason for the exchange, Proof of Delivery (POD) and any relevant photos or documentation.


  • Processing Exchanges:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.

Approved exchanges will be processed and the replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
