  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Dubai & UAE: 1-3 business days
  • Other Middle Eastern Countries: 3-7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, customs, or logistical issues.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Dubai & UAE: Free shipping on all orders.
  • International Shipping: Fees vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

6. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

  • Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
